Terms & Conditions

• This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Prices are in the currency specified and include all standard components as listed.
• Installation timeline: 2-3 weeks from receipt of purchase order and 50% deposit.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment, balance upon completion and commissioning.
• Warranty: 12 months on all parts and labor from date of commissioning.
• Annual maintenance contract is recommended and available separately.
• All work complies with NFPA 96 and NFPA 17A standards.
• Site-specific conditions may require adjustments to the system design and pricing.
• Any changes to the scope of work after quotation acceptance may affect final price and timeline.
• Installation includes basic operator training on system use and emergency procedures.
